Mentoring

Mentoring and consulting are interrelated.  When we are hired to help design all or part of a system, we work closely with your staff to make sure that knowledge transfer takes place and they receive the new skills they need to be successful with the project.  We simply don't have anything to hide, everyone is welcome to learn what we know!

If you have a particular requirement for personal training for an employee, then contact us and we will be happy to arrange for a consultant to mentor them.  The time frame can be from a few hours to a few months, the choice is yours.  We charge $130 per hour for a consultant to be onsite on an hourly basis, and longer periods may be negotiated.

Training

There are several avenues for training for a group of employees.  We have many sources of material to put together a complete custom package that exactly meets your requirements.  Instead of us telling you what you need, we will sit down with you and configure a training solution that exactly fits your expectations.
